I have a furry friend named Frank. Do you allow pets?
Sure. We balance the fact people have furry friends, and we like to have the beautiful properties for you to call home. We require $25 per month per pet, and a $300 non-refundable deposit.
What length of lease do you offer?
We provide one year leases on our homes, and a deposit equal to one month’s rent.
I see your homes have washer and dryer hook ups. Can you provide a set for us if I do not have my own?
Absolutely. Sometimes it is easier to rent the washer and dryer rather than buying one. We can provide a set for $50 per month.
I like cigarettes. Can I smoke?
Nope. Never. Not even e-cigs. All La Casa Larga properties are smoke free, inside and out. (Yes, this includes the garage.)
I want a landlord who keeps a great place for me to live. What maintenance are you responsible for?
The property management team will ensure your heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, and structural is working and in great shape. This is your home, so you are responsible for maintaining the lawn (or have us mow and weed-eat for $50 per month).
I have a felony on my record. Can I still apply?
Sorry, our application process filters out applicants with eviction histories and criminal records.
What if my rent is late?
An automatic late fee will be charged after 3 days and each day thereafter.
Will I need to clean the home at the end of my lease?
Yep, tenants are responsible for having their homes professionally cleaned at the end of the tenancy.
Who is responsible for snow removal and lawn maintenance?
All tenants are responsible for snow removal and lawn care. However, if you’d like us to take care of the yard for you, we will mow and weed-eat for $50 per month.
Are any utilities included?
Utilities are not included. You are responsible for gas, electricity, water, and wifi.
Can I have a roommate?
Sure! All tenants ages 18 and over will be required to pass our background check and will be listed on the lease.
